VIBSTOCK FESTIVAL <\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

About The Project: Upcoming music festival <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My Role: Projekt Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the end of 2021, I have been responsible for communications, with a strong focus on nurturing creativity and supporting local talent, while continuously working to develop and grow the festival each year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting in 2025, as the director and manager, I am transforming Vibstock Festival into a process-driven experience where young people have the freedom to create within their own frameworks. To achieve this, I have designed a straightforward training program that demystifies the process of organizing a festival. This program is divided into several focus areas\u2014ranging from programming and logistics to marketing and community engagement\u2014ensuring that each participant receives clear, practical guidance tailored to every aspect of festival production. This structure not only empowers the youth to develop essential skills but also encourages them to contribute creatively and confidently to every step of the festival\u2019s journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This new approach goes beyond simply staging a musical event\u2014it establishes a comprehensive journey that empowers the youth in provincial areas in Denmark like Viborg to conceptualize, design, and execute every aspect of the festival. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

By doing so, we not only celebrate music but also foster an environment where emerging talents can experiment, collaborate, and grow into tomorrow\u2019s cultural innovators in their own local area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
